What to expect when you call
We ask enough questions to understand the problem, then tell you what we can quote by phone and what needs a look first. Estimates on non-emergency work are free. On an emergency call, you hear the price before the repair begins and you decide whether to go ahead.
For work such as sewer replacement, repiping, or gas lines, the price depends on a camera inspection or a site visit, so we do not guess by phone.
